Using oil coated hands, press dough out to desired size on a pizza pan. Let rest while your oven is preheating to 400 and you're getting your toppings ready. Once your oven is ready, parbake your crust for 10 minutes. Take out, top, and pop back into the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is desired level of melty goodness.
